2. General Conditions
- By creating an account or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms.
- We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
3. Digital Goods and Token Ledger
- Purchasing Tokens: Our store operates using a custom token-based ledger. You may purchase digital tokens, which are added to your account balance.
- Redemption: Tokens be used exclusively to acquire digital goods on our platform.
- Non-Transferable: Tokens and digital goods are tied to your account. They cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for fiat currency.
- No Expiration: Purchased tokens do not expire as long as your account remains active.
4. Delivery
- All products are digital. No physical items will be shipped.
- Upon successful payment, tokens are made immediately accessible via your account dashboard for redemption.
- Purchased information will be included in the confirmation email and the account overview. You are responsible for backing up purchased information. We make this data available to you in your account as long as your account remains active.
5. Refund Policy
- Unused Token Packs: Unused token packs can be returned within 14 days of purchase. A pack is considered "unused" if no tokens from it have been redeemed to acquire information (views) on this site. You can track the status of your token packs in the Orders section of your account.
- No Refunds for Used Token Packs: We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once you have started using tokens from a pack, or if more than 14 days have passed since the purchase date.
- Exceptions: Refunds will only be issued in cases of proven technical failure on our end, provided you contact support within 7 days of the incident.
6. Pricing and Taxes
- All prices are subject to change without notice. Invoices are generated automatically based on the information provided during checkout and can be downloaded from the Orders section in your account.
- VAT Exemptions: We do not charge VAT to companies worldwide, nor do we charge VAT to individuals or companies located in Switzerland.
- EU Residents & VAT Compliance: We comply with EU One-Stop Shop (OSS) regulations. We only charge VAT to individuals if they reside or are located in an EU member state. The applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) rate of your country of residence or location is calculated dynamically at checkout based on your provided billing country.
7. Payment Processing
- Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store or process your raw token card information on our servers.
- You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information for all purchases.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Information is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
- We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital goods, the platform, or the token system.
9. Account Termination Clause
- We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or ban your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or abuse of our systems. Upon termination, your right to use the platform and access any purchased tokens or digital goods ceases immediately. No refunds will be provided for tokens lost due to account termination resulting from a breach of these Terms.
10. Age Requirement
- By creating an account or making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence. If you are under the applicable age of majority, you may only use this service with the explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform is the competent court in Canton Aargau, Switzerland.
