Parcels are frequently created (via division) or removed (via unification). These updates may not immediately reflect in our database. Please try again in a few days.
Not all parcels in the database have this link, as it may be missing from the source data. You can manually locate the parcel on the Geoportal using its location and parcel number.
Check your confirmation emails, or log into your account and navigate to "Paid Views".
Exporting digital goods to a company is treated as a service, so no VAT is included (invoices will state "reverse charge applied").
- EU Companies: Provide your VAT number during checkout. It will be verified against VIES. If valid, you can proceed. (For some countries, VIES automatically applies your company address).
- Non-EU Companies: Provided VAT numbers are not validated.
VAT validation may fail for several reasons:
- VIES service downtime (common during nights and weekends). You will need to retry later.
- The VAT number is not approved for intra-EU transactions.
- Missing country code (the two letters at the beginning of the number).
- Billing country mismatch (e.g., selecting Germany as the billing country, but the VAT number starts with SE).
- Typographical error.
Note: Transactions are permitted if your VAT number was successfully validated by VIES within the past 24 hours.
Under current EU regulations, retail customers residing in the EU are charged VAT based on their country of residence.
Only retail customers residing within the EU are charged VAT.
We monitor EU VAT changes closely, but discrepancies can occur. Contact support@wieczyste.net for assistance.
We preselect your currency and billing country based on your IP address. You can change these at any time during checkout. Ensure you select your actual country of residence for billing. When changing currencies, consider your bank's exchange fees.
EU regulations require at least two non-contradictory pieces of evidence to verify residency for VAT purposes. If you change your preselected billing country to or from an EU country, the transaction can only be completed using a payment card. The origin country of the payment card serves as the required location evidence.
Geolocation services can be inaccurate, or you may be using an EU-based VPN or corporate proxy. Disable your VPN and refresh the page. If the issue persists, route your VPN through your actual country of residence.
You may select any of our supported currencies (EUR, CHF, PLN, USD) regardless of your location. Choose the currency that minimizes your bank fees.
We process payments via Stripe, which restricts certain payment methods by currency. Change the shop currency to one supported by your preferred payment method.
Alternative payment methods are disabled if location evidence is required to comply with EU VAT regulations. This happens when your IP address is geolocated to an EU country. Disable your VPN or route it through a non-EU country to use these methods.
Yes. You can use any supported alternative payment method, provided you have the required bank account (e.g., a Polish bank account for BLIK, or a Swiss bank account for Twint).
No. Base prices are identical globally. However, your total may vary based on your selected currency (due to exchange rates) and your declared EU residency (due to applicable VAT rates).
